1. There will be scabs on your scalp in your first 7-10 days; these scabs should not be interfered by the patient. The wounds will heal and the scabs will fall out by themselves in the first 10 days after your hair transplant operation.
2. In the first week of hair transplant recovery, the transplant area should not be hit or rubbed.
3. The prescribed medicine, shampoos and lotions should be used properly and the transplanted area should be kept moist.
4. It is possible to get back to work and daily life routine the day after your operation. But although, you will feel good enough, resting is important after the operation; you should avoid excessive exercising at least for 20 days.
5. Since you will be on some medication after the operation, you should avoid consuming alcohol until you stop taking your medication in order to avoid unwanted reactions.
6. Blood thinners like Aspirin should be avoided in the first 10 days not to cause excessive bleeding.
7. In the first month of your hair transplant recovery, you should not get sun exposure; your scalp will be sensitive to outside effects.
8. The transplant area should not be shaved in the first month because it may harm the newly transplanted follicles.
9. New hair should not be colored or bleached in first 3 months.
